We always try to make the process simple and cater to each situation.

1) Initial Meeting to discuss expectations and review plans and building location. If the customer has needs for plans or land we can help organize that.

2) Once plans and location are identified we will build an initial budget and review it with the customer.

3) Upon agreement, the contract will be executed and the prebuild process can begin. (Permits, HOA Approval, Full design selections, etc.)

4) Construction will start once all approvals are granted and design options selected.

5) The build process will take 10-24 months from the start depending on the size and scope of the project.

6) During the build, we will have weekly meetings to discuss the build, communicate progress, and address any questions or issues.

7) The closing date will be set approximately 60 days before closing. Two weeks before closing we will have a walk-through and 3 days before closing a final walk-through.

8) Upon closing, the customer will gain possession of the house and the warranty period will begin.
