Site Work

• Consultation with Maverick Homes site layout specialist
• All excavation needs for your new home construction (This includes septic, well trenching, electric trenching, driveway, final grading, etc)
• Maverick Homes does not have an excavation allowance, all excavation is included in our turn key price
• All grading to minimize run off
• Maintain a clean job site
  

Basement

• All basement walls are 9 feet high and 10 inches wide (minimum)
• All basement walls are poured concrete
• 4 inch concrete slab with a vapor barrier, floor drain and expansion and control joints
• 4 inch perimeter footer drain
• Walk out basement or bilco doors

Framing

• 2x6 exterior house wall construction, 16" on center
• Advantech subfloor
• Subfloor is glued, nailed and screwed
• 12 inch front, side and rear overhangs
  

Exterior

• Lifetime architectural shingles
• Andersen low E windows with grills and screens
• Styrofoam insulation behind siding
• Vinyl siding with numerous colors and styles to choose from (minimum .042 thickness)
• Vinyl beaded soffit and aluminum facia
• Jeldwen doors with vinyl brick mold and jams
• Eldorado veneer stone

Interior

• 2x4 interior wall construction, 16" on center
• 1/2" drywall glued and screwed
• Flooring per generous allowances
• Kitchen cabinets and vanities on generous allowances

• Manabloc plumbing system with pex pipe
• Moen faucets
• Your choice 50 or 80 gallon electric water heater
• 2 frost free hose bibs

Electrical

• 200 amp electric service
• Child proof receptacles
• 13 seer Fridgedaire air to air heat pump (Being a true custom home builder you can choose any type of heating system you desire, the electric heat pump is our most popular unit)
• Unlimited phone and cable jacks
• Generous lighting allowance

Insulation

• R-30 floors
• R-21 walls
• R-38 ceilings
• Super seal and fire caulk package

The specifications listed above are our minimum standards.  We will talk about all of these aspects before we price your home.  We will gladly upgrade anything you want.  Remember, at Maverick Homes you are the boss.
