Maverick Homes is a company that believes to succeed as a home builder you must offer your clients flexibility, honesty, exceptional quality, and great pricing. We strive to exceed our client’s expectations in these categories.

Maverick Homes LLC was formed in 2007 by four friends, Jared Sawyer, Sam Lowe, Robert Lowe, and Joshua Bell. Soon after their creation Josh was offered a job with the US Navy. He decided to accept this position. However, he was an integral part in the formation of our company and today remains an important consultant for Maverick Homes. Robert and Sam are brothers and have known Jared since grade school. Jared has a construction and business background and is in charge of the day to day running of the business and sales. Sam previously owned a home building company and is an expert in home construction and code enforcement; he is in charge of the home building process and quality control.

In 2009 we decided to start an excavation company to compliment Maverick Homes and allow us to better serve our clients. This has allowed us to do away with excavation allowances which benefit our customers by guaranteeing our price will not exceed our contract price. Robert, who has a 15 years of excavation experience is the brains behind Maverick Excavation and oversees all of our site work.
